Returns & Exchanges

At OKHTEIN INT, we strive for perfection in every piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original dust bags and branded boxes, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will send a prepaid shipping label to your email; simply print it and schedule a collection with our designated courier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
